- An opportunity to discuss your running goals and make them even more powerful and motivating.
- Feeback on your running technique and some running drills to help you improve.
- A basic biomechanical assessment to identify potential injury risks and some suggested exercises to help you stay healthy.
- Training run of your choice - it could be hill running, speed training or just a refreshing steady paced run.
